Refund and Returns Policy

At Kanmanee, we strive to provide you with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {kanmaneeforyou@gmail.com}.

However, if you receive a damaged product, wrong item(s), or if an item is missing from your box/set, you can raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Shipping returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {kanmaneeforyou@gmail.com}

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a replacement is possible, we will arrange to send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For us to process your complaint, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. We provide packaging videos to our customers for transparency.

Additional Important Points:

We do not accept returns on earrings or finger rings due to hygiene and safety reasons.

No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited. We will not accept complaints supported by only photographs.

Sale items or items purchased with discounts are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or incorrect.
